All students and staff
members are required to have school I.D. cards.
-
All students are required
to have their I.D. cards in one of the pockets in the back
of the Student Handbook and Planner, which must be carried
at all times.
-
Your Fair Lawn High School
I.D. card is made of plastic, and resembles a typical
college I.D. card.
-
Your card will indicate your expected year
of graduation, as well as your name. The photograph on your card will be taken in the
library. You cannot supply your own photograph.
-
Your I.D. card also includes a barcode,
which is used in the library when you borrow books or
other materials. Please show your card at the Circulation
(check-out) desk. You can still borrow books without your
I.D. card; see one of the librarians.
Note: Each student
receives an I.D. card at no charge as an entering freshman,
or when first enrolled at FLHS. A replacement card will be
made upon request at a cost of $5.00.
You will not be issued a new card at the beginning of each
new school year.
If you lose your card, you will need to pay for a
replacement. If you want to replace your card in order to
have a newer (or better) picture, you will need to pay the
replacement fee.
All freshmen and new
students should come to the library during the first weeks
of school to have their I.D. cards made. Beginning in
mid-October, I.D. cards will be available on Wednesdays
only, before school, during second lunch, and after school
until 3:00. Any changes in hours will be posted in the
library.
