Keeping the Personal Reading List
Fill in the blanks on the Personal Reading list by noting the author and title of each work as you complete it, fitting it into one of the categories. Use the nationality guides and dates given to help you. If you read selections from a longer work (such as The Canterbury Tales) note which sections or chapters you’ve read.
Keeping the Reading Diary sheets
Use of these sheets is completely optional, of course, but if your teacher offers extra credit of some kind for taking part in the reading program, use these to jot down your thoughts, either as your read, or when you finish a book. Print as many copies of the blank sheets as you need.
